Yes, it is and loaded with information and tools. I've been using it to monitor aspects of my posts so I can tweak my approach. Using the site, I figured out most of the paid resteem bots are using a load of other bot accounts to upvote, and there are multiple ones that use the same bots.
I wish the steem sql site had not gone to a subscription model. I could probably dig even deeper on there to fill my curiosity.
