I used the words that whales want me to say
Had something edgy but then I thought twice
I hit backspace and then I wrote something nice

Love it- the music has a Nirvana sound to it. You've met your goal, & got my vote.
It's from a of a band called The Offspring, whose musical sound actually predates Nirvanas Studio recordings. They skewed more to the punk genre before going pop around 97 and spiraling downhill forever after.
