Minnowbooster. Look for steemit articles about minnowbooster. I leased steem power from them, but it's a little expensive. 4 weeks of 300 leased steem power costs 12 steem, if you think you can make at least 12 steem in 4 weeks, then try it out. You can also buy upvotes from them too, usually their upvote value is about 2.2 to 2.7 times your purchase cost . ie Send $1 SBD and receive an upvote value of $2.20 - $2.70. Good luck.
