Our human nature has been erased by the blood of Jesus Christ

God bless all the friends of steemit.

"In spite of not having iniquity in my hands and of being pure my prayer".

Now, here we see in Job's heart and life what needs to be addressed. Job's friends had not been driving him to the place where he could have judged himself. Instead, in reality they had provoked a spirit of self-vindication, placing him in a defensive attitude. And the moment he began to defend himself, he had left God in a disadvantaged position. Job justified himself instead of justifying God. The problem was that his friends condemned Job instead of inducing Job to condemn himself. They used a wrong approach with him.

At the moment when a person begins to defend himself, he places himself in a position to which the apostle John referred with sincerity, when he affirmed in his first letter 1: 8 and 10: "8If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar and his word is not in us ". That is, that God is placed in the position in which He is the one who bears the guilt. He is separated from the position of Judge, and he is reduced to the position of the one who is judged, of the guilty, of the criminal. It is as if someone were to present a charge against God.

Actually there are many people who have come to judge God and this is what Job was doing then. He was justifying himself, as we see in the phrase of verse 17: "In spite of not having iniquity in my hands". And at the very moment he said that, he was also saying that God had been wrong to allow this to happen to him.

And then he continued saying: "and of having been my pure prayer". We have heard this phrase expressed by believers many times. And to tell the truth, we have our doubts that some of us, we can say a pure prayer. That is the reason why when we finish our prayer we say: "We pray to you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ", because we do not believe that our name can serve, and that we can reach the presence of God on our own merits. Here Job was thinking that he could do it. Let's read verse 18:

"Earth, do not cover my blood and there is no place for my cry!"

Here he lamented in a spectacular language. He asked the earth not to cover his blood. If Abel's blood cried out to God, Job thought that his blood should certainly cry out to God. God will not cover any blood. He sees the blood that Christ shed, dear listener, especially when you reject it.

"In the heavens is my witness and my defender on the heights."

The entire Bible tells us that God records information about each one of us. There are those who listen with irony or contempt to this affirmation and say: "Well, imagine you there in heaven, sitting, taking note of all that information". But nobody has said that He does that, because He does not need to do it. If man has been able to advance so much in the area of information technology, God can have a system of information storage that surpasses everything we can imagine. We believe that everything we have said and done has been recorded. And we can consider ourselves grateful to God and satisfied that all the negative recorded of our human nature has been erased by the blood of Jesus Christ.
