'SPECIAL DIET' CHRISTIANS

Matthew 5:44
But I say unto you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you

And HE said to [them] all, If any [man] will come after ME, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow ME
(Luke 9:23)

If you want to follow CHRIST, then be ready for the cross. You must be ready to do whatever HE tells you including loving your enemies and praying for them.

Most Christians of today are on a 'special diet'. They choose the laws that they can obey and neglect the ones they see as difficult.
There are a lot of JESUS' teachings which look very difficult to apply but with the help of the HOLY SPIRIT, we can do them

There is nothing that JESUS said that HE did not mean. You cannot say that you love JESUS and still choose to live your life the way you want and not what HE wants.
It is not easy to do good to those who persecute you or love those hate you and even spend time praying for them but that is what GOD expects of us.

If we do as unbelievers do, then what will be the difference. Never have anything against anyone and try to love everyone. This is what shows your maturity in the faith.
If you are ready to follow JESUS to the end, then we need to do whatever HE wants us and not be selective. If you love HIM, show it by your deeds.

If ye love ME, keep My commandments
