STEEMCHURCH: I cry to God!
Psalm 77: 1-3
1 I cry to God in distress, I cry to God and he hears me.
2 In the day of my distress I sought the Lord; all night I tirelessly stretched out my hands, my heart refused to be consoled.
3 I sigh as I think of God, my spirit faints away as I ponder on him.

Dear friends
Psalm 77 reminds the believer of the healing power of sincere prayer addressed to the Lord.
At the present time, where we live with a predominance of technology and communications, we must always keep God in mind and his mercy for men.
With prayer and meditation we can and internalize what God wants for us, this of course we should do with frequent reading of the sacred scriptures.
The gospel has left us testimonies that Jesus sought night and solitude to pray. Whether this is an affective prayer or in contemplative silence, we need to connect consciously with the Mystery, Root, Source, Foundation and Core of what we are, to experience ourselves anchored in it and to let ourselves be transformed: to allow what we are, beyond of the ego, come to light. Mattew 14 22-33

Lord God, that you show the light of your truth to those who go astray so they can return to the right path, grant to those who profess themselves as Christians to reject what is contrary to the name they carry and to fulfill what that name means. For our Lord Jesus Christ your Son who lives and reigns with you. Amen.
