Disciplined in submitting our thoughts!!!

Today, God invites us to fight a battle, but not with human strength. It is a battle fought in the mind and the Spirit. The Apostle Paul said that many things rise up against God, such as thoughts, ideas, or pride, even when we think they are wise, but in reality, they are things that distance us from God.

We have the choice to follow "our own success," we can "follow our own truth," or only do what "makes us happy," regardless of the rest. Many times, these thoughts, no matter how beautiful they may seem, distract us from the focus of Christ. That is why Paul urges us not to give free rein to our minds; we must filter all thoughts through the word of God.

When we read "Captivating Thought," we are talking about the fact that not everything that occurs to us is true, and we must submit our thoughts, every emotion, or action to the feet of Christ. Let Him be the filter, and if it doesn't pass, we discard it.

Today I urge you to take Christ's authority over your own mind and declare the truth over your life, over your thoughts, and thus obey Christ with all your mind and heart.

5 Casting down imaginations and every pretension that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
