Don't carry the load alone!

Today, in God's word, we have an invitation to lay down our burdens. It invites us to have our burdens lifted. This doesn't mean we have to endure and bear them, hiding what is happening to us.

God says directly: "Cast your burden on me." Everything that happens to us, what we don't understand, anxiety, worries, or fears. Everything that eats away at you inside, everything that is very heavy, "You don't have to carry it alone."

When we talk about casting or taking off our burdens, it's similar to taking off a backpack loaded with 30 kilos or more. God wants you to do it without hesitation, without filters, and without shame. Why? Because God cares for us. God doesn't say that He might help us at some point; even if we don't see it, He is always watching over us.

Casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.
