ALL THINGS:TROUBLE AND PEACE

Romans 8:28 KJV
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Christianity does not mean a rosy journey. It is a way that is full with ups and downs of life. Therefore, all things according to this scripture is talking about good and evil, peace and sickness, happiness and sorrow, love and hatred. Every pleasant and unpleasant, pestilence and good health, temptation and uprightness. They all constitute all things.

Those who love the Lord are those who desire to make the Lord as their God, giving their whole life to Him as their savior. And called according to His purpose which is not for every man but only those who are regenerated and work in His way and pattern.

Romans 8:29-30 KJV
For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. [30] Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

“All things” includes the good things that
God gives us, but it also includes “the
sufferings of this present time”,
as well as tribulation, distress,
persecution, famine, nakedness, peril,
and sword. It includes big
catastrophes—tornadoes, tsunamis,
wars, plane crashes, and terrible
accidents. But it also includes the
relatively minor frustrations of life—
daily hassles, problems at work, car
trouble, traffic jams, relational
problems, and discouraging situations".

When we are facing any of these situations, we should remember that our enemy the devil is coming up with something just like it was done to Job.

1 Peter 5:8-10 KJV
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: [9] Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. [10] But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you .

We should know that the Lord has made a more beautiful than gold abode for us and we should care more of it.
