SLC31-W4 | THE GREEN JOURNEY | Earthing and the Elements.

Assalamu Alaikum I hope everyone is well by the grace of God. Today I am here with a beautiful and nature-based challenge of Season 31 Week 04. This beautiful challenge has been organized by the respected @bijoy1 brother and Green Explorer Team. Many thanks to them for gifting us such a wonderful nature-based challenge. Spending time with nature calms the mind of a person a lot. There is really no alternative to nature to remove the fatigue of a busy life. Today I went to a quiet natural environment near our area in the beautiful afternoon. There was green grass, trees, open sky, calm water like a small nala river. And the gentle breeze gave my mind a different kind of peace. I will share those beautiful feelings with you. Let's start....

In the afternoon, I went to an open natural place in our area. There was green grass, small trees, calm water and a serene environment. The place was not very noisy, so it was nice to sit there and feel nature. A light breeze was blowing from afar, and the soft light of the sun made the whole environment more beautiful. When I was sitting by the water and looking at the green nature around me, it really seemed like nature has an extraordinary power to improve people's minds.

According to this challenge, I sat barefoot on the grass. The touch of the soft green grass seemed to give a different kind of peace to the whole body and mind. After a long time, I felt nature sitting very close to the ground like this. Usually, we are so busy every day that we don't get time to feel these small beauties of nature. But yesterday, after sitting quietly for a while, I felt like I forgot all my worries. The smell of the earth, the softness of the grass and the touch of the wind really felt good to me.

There is a beautiful water scene with afternoon sunlight on it, which I liked the most. The sunlight on the water created a wonderful beauty. The ducks were swimming beautifully on the water and the small trees and green grass around the water made the whole environment much more lively. Cows and goats were eating grass in the distance, that scene was also very peaceful. These simple scenes of village nature are actually much more beautiful. Because there is a kind of natural tranquility hidden in them. This real beauty of nature seems much dearer to me than the artificial beauty of the city.

I sat quietly for a while and just felt the sounds of nature. The sound of the wind, the calls of birds and the calm environment of the water made the mind very light. I liked the wind of nature and the touch of the earth the most. It felt like nature surrounded me with its love. It is actually very difficult to express these feelings completely in words. When you go to nature, you find yourself anew. And the mind becomes very calm and the inner fatigue is greatly removed. So each of us should spend some time with nature even in the midst of busyness.

Today was really a beautiful time for me. After a long time, I felt very good mentally after spending some time in nature. No matter how busy our lives are, it is very important to go to nature sometimes. Because nature not only gives peace to the eyes, but also refreshes the mind. Green plants, open sky, sunlight and clean air give people the strength to live a new life. These small moments today will be very memorable for me. Finally, I would like to thank the organizers of this beautiful challenge again. Because I really enjoyed it for giving me the opportunity to spend such a beautiful time with nature.
