Decided to give it shot and try CLI as well. I added p2p-seed-node = sps-blocktrades-testnet-seed.blocktrades.info:2001 into config.ini file and it didn't work. It throws no method with name 'list_proposals' or whatever the command I try.

I definitely missed something lol.
