RE: Surrealism, Part II - Zero humanity
I have my suspicions about how they are handling those funds. I hope you get a result soon; hopefully, the delay is just due to them being slow, rather than a lack of intention to follow through. Even if there is embezzlement, they still have a duty to provide public service. I truly understand how exhausting this is—to be unwell and still have to go back and forth with all this bureaucracy. Please take care of yourself.
They have done the test, I am sure, they have done their job. They have no further obligations to perform. That is why I cannot complain anywhere. And they, of course, know this. That is why they do not lift a finger about anything else. The fact that any of them promised me something is of absolutely no importance. In fact, I recently realized that the biggest liars I have ever known in my life are doctors. I don't know how that profession can be tied to this terrible character trait, but it is a fact. As far as I understand, doctors in Bulgaria only do the absolute minimum required of them by law, i.e. there should be no opportunity, occasion or reason to convict them of anything. In this case, I have no reason to complain that in the 21st technological century they refuse to submit online laboratory test results. And I also have no reason to complain that I live far from the capital, and to get there, I have to take time off and spend a lot of money. 😃
Thank you anyway!😊
