I've been using sunscreen for the longest time. Probably 13 years old. Though I will never know how much it actually protected my skin. But I did used them for the wrong reason initially. To avoid getting tanned.

Hehe, you didn't want to tan? It was very fashionable to have a tan here, I was even angry that over the years it became impossible for me to tan, for some reason - the sun, sunscreen, changes in my skin and body. In fact, probably again the industry (the money machine) had imposed this fashion, because then it also became fashionable to use a solarium. Of course, this was a rather expensive "pleasure", and not everyone could afford it. Maybe that's why it was so desired. And at the same time, so harmful. Like everything in this world, harm and expensive go hand in hand, and that will probably be the topic of my next post.
In elementary school, I was constantly tanned from playing outdoors every day. These days, I avoid the sun like a vampire. Fair skin is a thing for Asians.
Yeah, controlled sun tanning has really become a kind of luxury.
Looking forward to reading your post!
This also means that you have a huge lack of vitamine D which causes depressions and more.

I still has sun exposure, it's just that I don't really bask under the sun. I sat in the balcony daily each morning, that's doctor's order
