The last couple of days have been walk a thons for me and i have managed a half marathon of walking each day, 21 K yesterday followed by 21 K today.
Trying to get my daily average to 15 K per day for this year, last year i averaged 11.1 K per day for 2025 and currently i am averaging 14.8 K in 2026.
Dinner was super easy with just Hot dogs and Shoestring Air fried chips, took about 15 minutes to get ready and easy clean upas well.
In my opinion Shoestring fries are the best to cook in an Air fryer as they are a lot skinny than the other chips we use.
Here are my three Hotdog's with Tomato sauce and mustard,
The chips turned out rather well and were coated with Chicken salt.
I have a couple of games of basketball to watch tonight and just sit back and relax the night away.

What is chicken salt?
I think places like KFC use it on their chips, its just salt with added chicken flavor but is rather nice.
Get some if you can and try it 😋🍴

I can imagine using chicken consommé with salt would taste amazing. It reminds me of the rumors about McDonald’s fries being so good because of beef fat. It’s the same concept, right?
