The last few days have been a mixture of walks and all of the normal stuff i do, today though i got up had some Coffee and went for my morning 3K walkies.

Then it was time to get on my Mountain bike as it had been 3 days since my last ride.

I also needed to try out a new App called Ride with GPS, reason being is my Fitbit has not been as accurate as it once once - its all over the show with distances when i ride.

The new app worked very well today i feel it is far more accurate than Fitbit, only a short ride this morning but i do think i will pop out for another ride later today.

For the past 2 weeks i have also been going out with my Daughter driving to give her more experience before her big driving test on December the 9th.

This is me covering the backing camera so she has to use the side mirrors when backing, she is doing really well with her driving and i feel safe in the passenger seat.

In about an hour my partner and i will be going out to out local favorite restaurant for lunchy wunchy, looking forward to a nice meal after my morning's exercise.
