This morning i was awake at 5.30am so i decided to get out of bed and go for a short walk, it was an overcast morning but you could see blue skies coming.

After having my 2 x glasses of 💦+🍋 Juice ➕Sea 🧂i strapped on my MyZone belt and took off around the 3.5K block

Around 10am i was in my Church (the GYM) for some Sunday morning exercise, today was going to be just a legs day so i jumped on the Stairmaster for 60 minutes of around Level 11/20

The Yellow parts of the graph are when i was at Level 12 and the green was back to Level 10, after 60 minutes i had climbed 5084 stairs 😎🐔

Christmas Tree🎄🤶🏻🎅🏻

So this year it was the boys @kiwijacobgo that put up and decorated our Christmas Tree at the start of December, Smudge was quite interested when we were putting up the Tree so the next few weeks could be interesting 🙄

I think we did alright and it looks great at night when the lights are going as do the outside Solar lights i have put up.

Its Sunday afternoon and i might go and sit in the sun for a while and relax, hope your day is going well wherever you are reading the Worldwide 🌍
