For the past 7 days i have managed a daily bike ride which has been normally around 33K, i haven't done 7 days straight for a while and today i did plan on having a rest day off the bike.

However after going around my 3K block circuit 3 times just after 10am i decided to go for a ride.

We are still having high winds with rain and sometimes some sunshine, this rather large branch is blocking the track but you can still get past it.

On yesterdays ride it pissed down for the last hour of my ride and it seemed like the winds got up a bit more, todays ride only had a passing shower which lasted all of 2 minutes.

As well as doing 7 consecutive rides i also note that 10 out of last 11 days have been days where i have gone for a ride.

Now i am off to the Supermarket to get most probably a good old Chicken to roast, unless something else takes my eye LOL.
