Happy Friday to everyone on this Sunny warm day well it is here and i imagine in some parts of the World its Freezing, today is another warm day here with temps around 25 degrees.

This morning started normally with an early morning walk, this time i used my new shoes i got for Christmas which were very comfortable to wear.

Another nice morning greeted me

Around 9am i went to the GYM for the second to last time this year, i spent an hour going hard on the elliptical trainer which made me feel great afterwards.

In the early afternoon the sun was out so i decided to jump into the pool which was 24 degrees, i had a swim so i could give the pool a skim to remove mainly ladybugs - they love to swim that lot!

After my swim i got changed and sat outside for a while enjoying the warm day, i have my water bottle and feet up just relaxing for the rest of the day. Well until me and the Boss go for a walk after dinner LOL.

Not sure what to have for Dinner but would like something semi healthy but not sure what yet, maybe wraps and veggies or maybe a Butter Chicken and rice yum....
