The month of November is turning into an absolute stunner with Sun every day, its finally nice to get away from the cold that Winter was and get some nicer weather.

I have been taking advantage of it and have managed to walk 34 kilometers in the past 2 days.

Another benefit is obviously the Solar system soaking up all of the sunshine, for the month of November we are sitting at 84% self powered which is a bump on 59% in October.

The graph on the right shows this year so far and as you can see for the year we are 54% self powered - this % will go up as i expect December to be very Sunny as well.

On the weekend i saw an advert for some South Island Whitebait which got my attention, i spent $130 NZD on 4 x 250 gram packs (all frozen).

I got these to have at Christmas as my partners parents love a good whitebait fritter 😋
