Friday, a look back
Friday is a good day to look back what happened in the world of crypto this week, of course, the major stuff as I don't think we could be updated about everything.
The Market
The cryptocurrency market remains in consolidation. This stagnation is largely attributed to a selloff in the tech sector, reduced liquidity during the Lunar New Year, and geopolitical uncertainty due to U.S.-Iran tension. Bitcoin and Ethereum continue to struggle against key resistance levels, while traditional investment tools like precious metals have also seen a dip.
The STEEM
STEEM has shown signs of volatility and is currently trading between $0.050 and $0.054.
There was a brief, massive surge, hitting a high near $0.067-$0.069 before geting back to its current levels.
We are currently near almost a two months moving average.
More than 400% spike in trading volume yesterday.
The biggest rtrading volumes were on Binance (STEEM/USDT) and Upbit (STEEM/KRW).
Unfortunately, this indicated a speculative interest. Back to business as usual and daily trading volumes under $10M
