I hope all my friends are doing well and enjoying life to the fullest. Today, I am going to talk about Expectations a topic that plays a very special role in our lives and i will also try to cover some Challenges we face while working on Blockchain with my perosnal Experiences.

Expectations and Challenges

We all have expectations, meaning that we anticipate a certain outcome for our actions. Sometimes, these expectations are met with a positive reaction, and other times, they are met with a negative reaction.

This process can be our daily work, for example, you start a new business and work hard for its development, but how will you feel if the results are not as you thought?

Surely a feeling will dominate your existence. That is called disappointment. And if you don't get good results despite many attempts and hard work, then you become hopeless.

It is not necessary that you will get good results thanks to your hard work and your positive thinking. For this, nature must be in your favor.

A Short Story

Here I would like to share a little story of mine. Last month I returned to the blockchain. My thinking was positive and my hard work was commendable but nature was not in my favor. Because maybe there is greed in me. And to fulfill this greed, I tried on other platforms as well.

There I met a very good Pakistani. Whose passion is the same which has always been my passion too. That is, to encourage Pakistani content creators on the blockchain. And he's doing a great job there. But I also regret one thing that there is no place for those who work on Steem blockchain even if they are good creators. They are looked upon with great hatred and ill-treated. Therefore, there is no place for this team of users.

If we try to understand, they do it well. Because people want to earn money from both sides. And there are those among us who first make a place in the community in the form of a group and make big commitments and then run away after raising a decent amount of money... (Immediate action should be taken against such people, not ignored)

A platform that can change lives, but its misused by those who use it in the wrong way has given it a bad name. And that changed in the form of blockchain war. Now the thing is, what is the fault of those people who do the right thing and only express their art. On the one hand, no value is given to them. And on the other hand, they are Down voted, rather it will not be wrong to say that they are looked at with hatred because they are a part of so called decentralized platform .

A single thought has been dominating me for the past several days. That what I have decided is not wrong?
As an artist, I thought to show my art and creativity. But in front of someone?

where the majority are familiar with me?

Or

Start with beginning on the other Platform?

And then decided that it was better to start from where I had left off.

Now the question arises that why did i leave then this story is very long. Some bitter things that still exist especially that good work was not appreciated except for paying attention to selected few.

Suppose an unemployed person who is the breadwinner of the family has no choice but to earn something by working hard or to express his skills so that he can earn his livelihood. And for that he can go to any extent but his first priority is Halal food. And he is very attached to the platform and gives his most of time to it and takes positive action. Although there are other negative ways of earning. such as buying votes, or voting for oneself,

I have been attached to this platform since 2020 and have been promoting its virtues on my other social media channels as i have worked as Country Representative . I have learned a lot here and it has always been my endeavor to encourage those who do well.

I do not want to make any kind of commitment because I am bound to fulfill my other responsibilities of life but I must say that I am very attached to this platform And I will do my best for its development and promotion because it has a big role in changing my life. And great past moments are associated with it.

My purpose of writing this post is not to create a negative thought in anyone, but Clarifying some points that we can consider to improve things further and to get feedback Through comments from all my friends , specially @steemcurator01 _{always ignoring to write comments on my work :(} and @steemitblog whether I will be able to regain my lost position yes or not.
