It is also absolutely incomprehensible to pay someone who does not want to do their job well. They do not even care about doing it well. If you hire someone to glue your bathroom tiles and they break them, for example, or do not glue them well, you can file a complaint or not pay them. However, this cannot happen with doctors, somehow, when they decide to juggle with your health, it's not acceptable or no one thinks of doing it. Who can you complain to?
