'Lift'? What a curious name. We call it 'Lilt' here (probably).
I had a tropical beer tonight - it looked a lot like lilt/lift and had the tropical taste too. I didn't think I'd like it and it reminded me of drinking Hoegaarden at uni!
This is what us down under call Lift - just a lemon fizzy drink.

Fascinating. It would appear that Lift no longer exists and oiur equivalent would be Fanta Lemon (which I don't think I've ever seen) or Sprite. It looks nothing like Sprite though.
