SEC-S29W1:My Progressive Action (Squats)

Hello Steemit Friends,

My warm respects to the entire Steem Fitness community. Steam Challenge Season 29 is a great chance for me to upgrade myself and seriously work on my health. I like the conception of Progressive Action Fitness because it emphasizes viscosity and gradational enhancement rather than rushing. With that principle in head, I made squats my program of selection this week.

I set aside three days a week( Thursday, Friday and Saturday) for exercise. My aim was to increase the number of squats each day so that the body would gradationally accept the stress and better strength.

Day 1 Thursday (15 Repetition)

On the first day, I exercised veritably precisely and concentrated completely on correct posture. Squats feel fairly easy at the morning, but in the last many repetitions, a slight tension is felt in the legs, which is a sign that the muscles are being turned on.

Vital Signs (Day 1):

Condition Heart rate (bpm) Respiratory rate (per minute)
Before Exercise 82 19
After Exercise 104 25

Day 2 Friday (20 Repetition)

The second day I felt better than the first day. adding the repetitions redounded in further sweating, but breathing snappily returned to normal. That day I felt more strength in my legs than ahead.

Vital Signs (Day 2):

Condition Heart rate (bpm) Respiratory rate (per minute)
Before Exercise 79 18
After Exercise 112 27

Day 3 Saturday (25 Repetition)

Increasing the number of squats on the third day was a challenge, but mentally I felt ready. Although I tasted tired during the exercise, there was a strange sense of contentedness and joy after I finished. This day established to be a self-trust supporter for me.

Overall Experience

This three- day Progressive Action program lessoned me that small but consistent way can conduct to big change. Squats not only toughened my legs but alike increased overall body balance and self- confidence. I'll continue with the same program in the nearing weeks and increase the number of squats to successfully complete the 18 day goal.

I invite all my friends to join this healthy challenge and take way towards an active, strong and healthy life.

Hi, @abdullaht

It's a pleasure to see that you've accepted our challenge, welcome! Here is our evaluation of your participation:

Excellent movement and rhythm maintenance. I think it's very appropriate to make small progress, in increments of five, so that you can see improvement and notice the difference compared to the beginning. Great job!
