SEC-S29W2: My Progressive Action (Squats)

Hello Dear Steemit Family,


I am back with my fitness journey for the second week of Season 29 of the Steemit learning Challenge. The first week I chose squats as my program and this week I continued with the same thickness, as I easily felt that squats bettered my leg strength, abidance and overall body balance.

My performance in the first week went commodity like this
Day 1 15 squats
Day 2 20 squats
Day 3 25 squats
This week, agreeing to the rules, I added 5 squats each day and tried hard to ameliorate my interpretation.

Day 4( 30 squats)

Today I started the exercise on my chosen day with a light warm- up to cover the body from injury. I paid unique attention to correct posture while doing syllables. Felt a short tired at first but kept up the courage.

Day 4 Heart rate Respiratory rate
Before Squats 76 bpm 18 per minute
After Squats 102 bpm 26 per minute
After exercise, the body felt warmth and positive energy.

Day 5( 35 squats)

The second day my confidence was better than the first day. I felt my legs picking up stronger. In the last sets of syllables, the breathing got briskly, but I observed the pace under control.

Day 5 Heart rate Respiratory rate
Before Squats 78 bpm 17 per minute
After Squats 108 bpm 28 per minute
Light stretching after today helped recovery.

Day 6( 40 squats)

This day was the most grueling for me, but also the most satisfying. I completed 40 syllables with comprehensive focus, element and positive thinking. I was really proud of my advancement that day.

Before Squats 80 bpm 18 per minute
After Squats 115 bpm 30

Overall experience

This week tutored me how viscosity and small increments lead to big changes. A simple but efficient exercise like syllables played a significant part in my physical and internal strength. I want to continue my fitness trip with the same passion in the coming weeks.
Eventually I thank the organizers of this excellent challenge and invite all friends to prioritize their health and be a part of this beautiful trip.
