I'm back again in this amazing challenge. I started with 10 rep and stop at 20 reps last week, that's day 1-3. My arms were active, my chest was pumping like generator, but I still finish it. So now this week I tell myself that I must go higher. However in favor of this challenge I just have to begin with 25 reps on my Day four, then shift to 30 reps on Day Five, and I finally round it up with 35 reps on Day Six.

This is my experience below.

My Day Four / 25 rep

The first day of Week Two was something more tougher. Because I stop at 20 last week, and I have to add five more rep to make it 25 this week. The first 10 reps was smooth as usual, but from 15 upward my arms was talking to me. At rep 22, I almost stop, but I didn't I discipline my mind to make it till the end.

How I Felt:

I feel nervous before I started, like my chest was reay tight. Though when I finish, I feel a little bit more lighter and relieved. My hands gave me some light, but my heart was happy. I dey smile because I know that I have pass my limit.

After the excersice: 112 bpmAfter: 29

Arriving My day five / 30 Reps

Day Two was another level on its. My body was still on pain from yesterday own and the stress from work Makes me weak and tired, but I didn't allow it to stop me from continuing my journey on this routine. This time around the first 15 reps was smooth because i didn't really felt the pressure, but from 16 upward my chest and arms was on fire. I was counting loud, “17…18…19…” just to encourage myself till I reach 30 at last.

How I Felt:

This particular day, I feel both fear and excitement. I Fear because I was wondering if my body can arry 30 reps of push up because I have never done this particular Push-up before, and I was excited because I wanted to prove myself and my strength. When I finish, sweat drip from my face, my arms was heavy like a person that carries block, but I also feel like a warrior back from war.

Vital Signs (Day 5):

Heart RateRespiration/min
Before: 82 bpmBefore: 19
After this excersice: 118 bpmAfter: 31

📌My day Six / 35 Reps

Truth be told Day Three was the hardest to me. I wake up with muscle pain, but as usual I know my goals ahead so I didn't allow it to stop me. After some warm-ups ,I begin the excersice. The first 20 reps was manageable, but when I reach 25, my arms wanted to run away. From 30 to 35 was a pure fight. My face squeeze, my chest was burning enough calories, and I shouted each rep loudly to feel motivated.

This day I feel like I was fighting war because I finally sweat out enough. Truly My mind was telling me to try pause and stop because I was tired, in the other hand my heart was pushing me forward. When I finish 35, I fall flat, breathing hard, sweat cover my body, but joy full my heart. I feel proud, motivated, and grateful for the strength which consistency has given to me.

Vital Signs (Day 6):

Heart RateRespiration/min
Before: 84 bpmBefore: 18
After the excersice: 124 bpmAfter: 33

📝 Reflection

This week is a real journey. Day 4 remind me that growth do start with small step. Day 5 teach me that adding more effort will bring strength. Day 6 prove to me that discipline can break any barrier. I won't lie — it wasn't easy to complete this week task. My arms pain me, my chest burn, and sometimes I almost stop. But each time I push through, I feel proud. I feel tired, weak, but also strong and motivated.

Checking my heart rate and respiration really shows me how my body do react. I see clearly how exercise can stress the body, but also how recovery and faster when you continue it consistently. However, From 10 reps I started last week to 35 reps this week, I prove to myself that consistency is really powerful. And I'm Looking up for week three.
