Observations|recommendations|suggestions:
I have read through your entry and watched your video, I can see the energy and the love you have for fitness. This is an indication to the fact that you love your body and would want to keep it in shape. Fitness in deed requires persistence and endurance. Moreso, one needs to view it, not as a punishment but as a routine to be able to remain in it. From your entry,
Your video is well recorded with the total number of programs and repetitions in tact. Both the plank shoulder tap and the Burpee are done very well, only that you should always keep your legs open while on plank for more balance and it will reduce the way your butt moves during the tapping.
Your responses to the last 2 questions truly represent your experience. The Burpee can be strength sapping, endurance is truly needed to be able to complete it but you did. Kudos!
Your overall feelings are normal, with time, the results will be evident.
