"SEC-S29W6: My Progressive Action (Skipping Rope)"

Today I will participate in the sixth week of steemit challenge 29 @ngoenyi @marvinvelasquez Madam / Sir "sec-s29w6:My progressive Action (add your chosen program here)" Exercise is very important for every person to stay healthy. I could not take up the challenge of participating in the entire exercise challenge. This is my third participation. Hope everyone enjoys my rope jumping exercise.

Today is my third week I have been doing the skipping rope job until the end but I have not been selected even once. Because I had problems with jumping rope. I tried to jump rope in a new way today, I hope I tried to jump rope much better than before. Last week I completed 65 skipping ropes and this week I improved to 74. This was a big channel for me.

Day-1

First of all, let me say one thing, I live in Saudi Arabia. I work on the steemit platform along with work. The day was Tuesday, the day before Ramadan in Saudi Arabia. And the rest of the skipping rope for this week's competition has to be completed during Ramadan. And our duty during Ramadan is 8 hours. So I finished the first rope jumping job on Tuesday, the day before Ramadan. Since I have work in the morning, I decided to complete the job in the afternoon.

Today I started the exercise with my duty prasad. Because I was in a hurry to get the equipment I had in my bag for the exercise, I came to duty early, due to which I could not bring the exercise equipment, so I completed the exercise by wearing my duty clothes. And I will tell you another thing, I was having a hard time doing the exercise with my shoes on. So I did the exercise without wearing shoes. I jumped three more ropes today. Because I will have a little trouble in the month of Ramadan, due to which I completed the task of jumping three more ropes this week. Today I completed the task of jumping 68 ropes. I held both ends of the rope and twisted one from the top of my head to the bottom and jumped 68 ropes. I hope to do much better than before. I could not do anything good in the last two weeks. Still, I did not lose my morale. This was a very big channel for me. I think I was able to maintain my body balance from the beginning. I told you at the beginning that I chose this exercise because it will help me maintain my body balance and makes the body dynamic. It increases the heart rate and breathing in the body. This exercise is very beneficial for our body.

Day-2

Today is Wednesday, the first day of the holy month of Ramadan. I was thinking about how I would complete the rope jumping exercise while fasting. But I could not present the game well in front of you in the last two weeks, due to which I had the morale to do this exercise well even though I was fasting. Our duty during fasting is 8 hours. Since I have a little more work in the morning, I finish the exercise in the afternoon. Because I will not be able to do this exercise in the room. My roommates will have trouble sleeping. So I decided to finish my work in the morning and do this exercise in the afternoon.

Today, on the first day of fasting, I was a little scared, but I did not lose my morale. Today I have to do 71 exercises. At first, I thought that I would complete the exercise in small intervals, but later I thought that I would complete the rope jumping exercise 71 times. At the end, I was having a lot of trouble because I am fasting for the first time and then I have to jump rope again. It was strange to think about it. Even then, I completed 71 rope jumping exercises at once without stopping.

The first day of the exercise was difficult for me because of fasting, but it was very beneficial for the body. For me, the exercise was easy in the morning during the month of fasting, but due to the pressure of work in the morning, I had to do the exercise in the afternoon. At that time, the guarantee was very difficult for me, but I did not lose my morale because in the last two weeks I could not present a good rope jumping exercise to you. So I tried to make the exercise good even though it was difficult. This document still shows that when you exercise, all parts of the body start moving. Due to fasting, not much sweat came out of the body. Even so, the amount of sweat that came out of my body was very good for me because salty or toxic sweat comes out of the body. And it helps to keep the body healthy.

Day-3

Today I finished my Sehri prayers and prepared. Today is the third day of rope jumping on Thursday. I will finish jumping rope in the morning. Because I feel tired in the afternoon. So later I thought that the duty time is getting over, so I left the duty quickly. Then I will quickly finish all the work that was done on the duty side in the morning and finish the third day's exercise in the afternoon. I will jump three ropes more than yesterday. Then on the third day, I will complete the work of jumping 74 ropes. I did the work of burying five more ropes a week in the first week and the second week, but because the month of Ramadan was coming, my pain would be a little more, so I completed the work of jumping three more ropes. Today, at the end of the third day, I have completed the work of jumping 74 ropes. This exercise is my favorite. When I do this rope jumping exercise, every part of the body moves. It is a very beneficial exercise for the body.

I did not wear much clothes to exercise. I wore a pair of pants for duty and a dress for exercise that will make me more attractive to exercise. I did the exercise with shoes in the last two weeks and in the third week, on the occasion of the coming of the month of Ramadan, I did the exercise without shoes. Because if I do the exercise with shoes while fasting, it will be very difficult for me, so I took off my shoes and completed the work of this band. Today, I had a little difficulty in the end of this exercise, but I still tried to complete the exercise correctly. I think my third week's exercises have changed a little compared to before. When I exercise, my breathing and heart rate increase. But it doesn't feel that bad. Since I have been able to do this exercise three days a week, a lot of changes have started to happen in my body.
