| How to perform Shadow Boxing |
Shadow Boxing is a type of Cardio exercise that involves an imaginary fight. An Imaginary fight in the sense that you imagine that you're fighting an enemy. To perform this exercise, you first stand straight, fold your arms, hold them up in a fighting position and then and begin to throw punches in the air in different directions like forward, sides and up. This exercise helps to improve concentration and coordination.

| How to perform Arm Circles Exercise. |
Arm Circles exercise is targeted
to tone the Upper body region like back, chest, Shoulder and arms.To perform this, stand up erect with your Shoulder width apart, then stretch out your two arms properly and then begin to make circles slowly for number of repetition. For this Course, we were asked to do 40 repetition.

This exercise is done in two ways, The Clockwise manner in which the circling is done in a Clockwise position and anticlockwise in which the circling is done in an anticlockwise position.
| At the end of the program, what is the overall feelings and where did you feel the pains the most? |
Honestly my hands, chest, shoulder and back hurts. When I started the Shadow Boxing, I was enjoying it until I repeated the exercise and it was as if my hands was going to pull out from my Shoulder but I persisted to the end. When I started the arm circle in the clockwise direction, I didn't feel much pain but doing the anticlockwise direction was very painful for me. But I love how I felt after the exercises.

Yes, Shadow Punching and Arm Circle are great exercises which helps in improving the arms, shoulder, Chest and back. If any of friends should ask me to give a recommendation of exercises that improves the Upper body region, I would gladly recommend Shadow Boxing and arm Circles exercise.
