It seems like the 3rd week has passed, I have been doing the skipping rope exercise from the beginning till today, thus I have completed the 9th fin exercise in 18 days. At the end of last week, I completed 81 skipping ropes, but this week I have increased it to 96; this is a big challenge for me.

Day - 07

The day was Monday, and I had been preparing since leaving the competition and would complete the exercise today. I am busy with office work during the day, so I chose to do this exercise in the evening.

Before starting the exercise, I wear different clothes for the exercise, which makes me comfortable. Today I have to increase it by 5 and do 86 skipping ropes. I boosted my morale, took the rope and held both ends of the rope and completed 86 exercises by twisting it from above my head to below.

I didn't know I could do this; it was a challenge for me. I've been able to maintain my body balance since before.

I chose this exercise because it maintains my body balance and makes my body dynamic. It increases heart rate and breathing.

Day - 08

Yesterday I planned to exercise in the morning, so today I got ready to do the 8th day's exercise. The day was Tuesday. I woke up in the morning and came to do the exercise after getting ready for the exercise.

Today I have to do 91 exercises, 91 sounds strange to me, but I have to do it, since I feel better doing the exercise than before, so it's very easy for me to do it. I started with confidence and completed 91 skipping rope exercises.

Doing the exercise on an empty stomach in the morning gave me a lot of joy. Doing the exercise in the morning made it easier for me to do it than in the evening. While doing the exercise, my heartbeat goes out, and everything in my body starts moving. Sweat flows through my body, which removes toxins from my body.

Day - 09

Today, too, I woke up in the morning and prepared. I will complete the 9th day exercise today and will complete 96 skipping ropes by increasing 5 more from yesterday. I like to exercise with a target; it makes me more confident. Today is Wednesday, so I have been exercising for 3 consecutive days, and I also practice it on other days, which plays a big role in my next exercise.

I wear clothes for exercise, which makes me more attractive to do the exercise. I am starting with the rope, but today I had a little difficulty towards the end of the exercise, but I completed it properly. My target is to do it in 18 days. My speed increases even more when I talk about the 18th day. Then I feel a different kind of energy in my body.

I enjoy it more when my breathing and heartbeat increase during exercise, because it helps keep my body healthy.
