although the possibility I am late to answer but this answer from me: plumbing issue you can be overcome with seal tape, we indonesian people often do it and leaks can be in control
A few people have suggested this and I mentioned it. This is not the answer to every problem and can apparently make some worse. The washer should make the seal. I bought a different hose and this seems to be okay.
