STEEM GIG: Looking for Graphic Designer to Create Thumbnail for Upcoming Post (5 STEEM aka USD $26)

Hey Steemians,

This is something I have been thinking about for a while... I'd like to develop a working relationship with an artist/graphic designer (or even better- several different people) who I can regularly hire to create original imagery for me.

With that said, here is the info on this Steem Gig:

Steem Gig Contract

Task: Create one image for my upcoming Steem post about personal finance, which should fit within Steemit's thumbnail dimensions.

Pay: Pay is 5 Steem (Equal to $26 USD as of this writing), to be paid upon delivery of final image.

Deadline: Stage one (first draft / sketch of image) due within first 24 hours, final image due within 48 hours.

Conflict Resolution: If you do not deliver work within the deadline, I reserve the right to cancel the gig. Otherwise as long as you make a good faith effort to deliver a useable final image within the deadline, you will receive full pay. In other words - it's chill, a handshake agreement :-)

Application Guidelines: Please share a link to your portfolio OR upload 1-3 images of prior graphic design work you have done. Bonus points if your sample is work you did for someone on Steem. Note: Please do NOT create an original image for me as your submission. I do not want you to work for free. Just submit an older work that represents you well.

Application Incentive: I will give 20% upvote to all legitimate applications (at my sole discretion) for the first 24 hours or until gig is filled. This is like $0.25 per vote lol but I like the concept of it.
