Only if the the playing field is made level.
It seems pointless, to me, if we cut STINC loose only to bring stake like @freedom's and @beniesander's along to our clean slate. STINC's was not the only ninja mined stake.
My suggestion is to start all existing accounts off with 500SP (even STINCs) so the new chain is based on fairness and true decentralization. Their self interests is going to spoil the new experiment before it even begins in my opinion.
