Spyder5 is a gadget meant mostly for designers or video editors, but could make a huge change on anyone's monitor.
Once applied on the monitor it starts to calibrate your monitor using their software and corrects the colors for your monitor.
Usually this type of gadgets are used to make sure that the colors on your monitor will be the same as the ones that a printer will show on paper, so designers won't have to make color color corrections themselves.
