Cool, it is better that an average RSS reader, but slower. I went to the Play Shop and tested this app. Here is what I found out:

PROS:

• Microsoft, because they regularly update their apps with novelties so we won't be bored
• you can pick topics that interests you
• sync across devices works fine
• small size
• dark theme ( big plus!!), but a color is maybe too vivid.

CONS:

• bulky synchronization, slow ( because it is a Magazine style)
• requires Android 5.0+ and bigger catche...
