One day I saw some houses collapsing on the TV because some of the soil was soft. These screw systems can be lowered to the hard ground and installed on the houses. It's a great system for me.
Yep, you can choose the optimal type from the sortiment. For a soft soil, maybe need a longer and stronger screw.
