Its the first holographic object which you can physically hold in your hands.
You may call it a toy as the available games right now is mostly educational apps which makes it a great tool if you combine it with classroom learning and by the video reviews, it looks like great fun.
Some of the available games which supports the Merge Cube
At only a price point of $14.99 , this "toy" does not require any batteries and its like a soft toy which is safe for everyone regardless the age.
The main interaction is in the Applications which supports this cube and it utilises the camera of the phone / tablet for the users to see the holograms.
It would really bring out a great new experience of learning something new with these interactive experiences especially with the kids.

If the words "the first holographic thing you can hold in your hands" doesn't mean anything to you, then how about the fact that people can see that energy is matter. This is groundbreaking.
Great for visualization.
Cons:
Not sure if it belongs here, but I went to the website, wish they had better video showing this. Only pics of kids holding the hologram and some animated gifs.
that's true however there are a number of YouTube videos which reviewed it. Perhaps the price didn't allow it to push for better video production =P
