I think the idea behind this whole app is community driven adoption, so like if you want a shop to participate, you'd get your friends to encourage the shop to join out of sheer demand.
I dont think there is any at the moment. But nothing is stopping the users to start petition too... if there is enough users. Chicken/egg problem
