I think this can be used in association with a physio therapist. When i had physio after an operation I was going 3 times a week and this will allow you to do extra increasing the speed of recovery. using the device and the app you will be doing the correct exercises required and a win win situation for everyone.I believe physiotherapists will be having this as part of their recovery kit for patients in the future so they can do this at home.
