I used that app for a while. Good training wheels for building a habit. UI looks better now. I started at 20:4 and settled into 16:8. It's just hard to cram down that many calories in 4 hours. Zero is helpful for starting any habit. I used to create a custom fast and pretend that the fasting window was downtime, and the feeding window was work time. Or whatever habit I was trying to build. I found ATracker to be more useful for general habits though.
