pros:
- you'll be the biggest nerd at the yoga studio
- you'll have a friendly face to keep you company in downward dog
cons:
- cant tell from the photos if the graphic is raised, but if it is that could certainly affect your balance

Ha! At first I thought those hands were actually raised out of the yoga mat, but then realised it's a very lifelike 3D print. But it rolls up like a normal yoga mat.
aah fair enough- in that case I'm DOWN-ward dog. I don't need any more help in the clumsiness department!
