Great invention... When we buy vegetables at the grocery (even organic products), they're stuck in plastic, polystyrene... waste that we throw as soon as we arrive home. Scoby is the ideal solution, sustainable and zero-waste. I hope the concept will soon be commercialized, it would avoid a lot of waste...
