Claude Code's Plan mode is good, but it feels like planning implementation, not a solution. Relay is a Claude Code plugin that talks to you first. Confirms what you're building and why, what exists in the code, what the tradeoffs are, what would break. Every decision you make as you plan is captured: technical and business. Pricing, architecture, strategy, all of it. Unlike session memory solutions, Relay thinks with you to capture memory. You walk away fully understanding what you built.
