Leaderboard is a Slack app that can save companies thousands in hiring costs by increasing employee referrals.
It is a friendly competition, directly at Slack, which actually makes the employee referral program work. The team members can submit referrals to earn points.
The app updates the rankings each week to applaud the best referrers. The teammate with the most points wins a reward at the end of the competition!
