Almost every VPN solution is closed source so its great to see an open source one. Its necessery for some countries to use VPN to reach your favorite websites. Most of the people are using Opera browser for it but now with Bitmask they can use the regular VPN with all browsers.
VPN is also good to hide your private info (what you do on the net) from your internet service provider which uses your internet profile with commercial companies.
