Its a really interesting idea and I can imagine that it would help an individual block out their surroundings. I do wonder about whether or not the inventor will be successful in selling it to the public though. I wonder about its actual appeal to people and whether someone would spend money on such a thing. One obstacle of course would be the perception of others. I can only image the jokes that co-workers would come up with if someone came into the office wearing one. So I'm interested to see if anyone will actually buy one and if we will see them around in the workforce...hmmm
