Yes, without mincing words, VR, AR and AI are the future and of course the blockchain. And the talk about it disrupting google smartglasses is not out of place. This is coming from the US government directly and i expect it to be big.
The governments and armies always have money for stuffs, like this. Better way for the evolving, not need new guns all the time ;)
