At first I thought if there is no headset and you just design through an app then that is just a 3D in an app, not a tangible one.

I went to the website, played the video and that is when I realized that the app is really cool. VR without headset is not only convenient but is also safe because you can go around the house and still be conscious of the real world. That is without the danger of you bumping into something or falling from the stairway.
