It's an app that makes your video an Animated GIF file.
The editing is done slowly or quickly and you can cut the video to make it. I took an funny video with MSQRD.
And then I made it into an Animated GIF file using ImgPlay.
It is simple to do so.

the most important in my opinion is the process of editing done simply, because not everyone including me smart in editing a photo or video well. nice hunt @marabara. this app is suitable for people like me.
