The thing that impressed me the most is its clever design ... Most of us know that bracelets could be hollow from inside, so anyone can think this idea and most of us would have but, the winner is always the one who can not only think it but will successfully execute it.

No one can say it is not originally a bracelet, it is beautiful and as @xabi replied to @cryptocopy "It is made up of surgical grade steel", so that's another plus point in its favor.
